Downtown Logan Christmas
The county courthouse in Logan is lit up for Christmas in festive lights, a tradition going back to 1939. Resident James D. Wells was reportedly employed by the State of Ohio and 9 children. Without much money, he wanted to celebrate the holidays with his family so he paid tribute by designing and creating light structures to hang on the courthouse and lights to illuminate Main Street.
